I HAD A PROBLEM CREATING AN ACCOUNT / MAKING A DONATION... HELP!

In the event you should encounter a system error while making a donation, we're here to help you through it. 

First, if you made it through the registration process and got to the page where you can make a donation, a user account was successfully created but is not yet active.  In that case, login to your account by clicking 'My Profile' in the upper right corner of the site.  Under the 'Donations' area of your profile, select 'Add A New Donation'.  Once the donation is made, your account becomes active.  If you still experience issues, continue with the next step..

If the previous step did not work, please use this form to tell us about the error you encountered.  Someone will get in touch with you as quickly as possible.

HOW DO I MAKE ADDITIONAL DONATIONS / MANAGE MY DONATIONS?

If you wish to make additional donations or manage your donations, you may set them up under your personal profile.  To make additional donations, click the 'My Profile' link in the upper right corner of the site.  Under the 'Donations' area of your profile you may add or remove donations at any time.

HOW CAN I OPT-OUT OF THE E-NEWSLETTER?

If you read the e-newsletter online in the member community, you can opt-out of the subscription effortlessly through your profile.  Simply click the 'My Profile' link in the upper right corner of the site and you will be taken to your personal profile page.  From there you can update your settings and opt-out of the newsletter.
